Low Key Outfit

Ok.. so today I had no imagination and was a bit lazy... So this outfit is part of what I would call the family of the boring outfits.
I just dig into a pile of black clothes that are all over my dressing..
I had the extreme courage to grap a purple t-shirt and accessories with my mustache necklace and new earrings from H&M..

rainy summer day ***retro-blogging***

This was during one of the very rainy and sad day of august.

I spent so many years wearing black clothes, it is still like a pavlovian reflex when the weather is depressing.

I wanted to try on the black "legging" I bought at MS Mode a few weeks before during my trip to Lille.
In Central Paris, you can't find a MS Mode (or a New Look with an Inspire section by the way), you have to go to the suburbs...and I must shamefully admit I have more occasions to go to Lille than to the parisian suburbs...
Usually, the big malls outside of Paris are difficult to reach, you often have t go there by metro then bus or RER then bus.. It is really too much for a claustrophobic person like me, who avoids any metro ride!

I bought 2 "leggings" at MS Mode :
a brown one that you can see here
and the black one I'm wearing today.

If I can say I love there tights, I'm really less excited by the "leggings"..
The fabric is really thin, it's more of a footless tight.
This one has 3 little buttons at the end of the leg on the area where the fabric is doubled... it gives the impression of a shorter leg (an impression that nobody needs, especially not the fat ones...)
I'm really not convinced by the elegance of the design.

Despite my best effort to dress for spring, I had to go back to tights and sweater... I tried to avoid black and mixed 3 colors.

another monday, same colours

Looking back at my outfit pictures, I realised I'm really obsessed by black and red..

Also since this week end, I started a vide dressing in the VLR website... I'm cleaning my closets, and letting go the clothes I'm not wearing anymore..

I also started a Flickr account in order to post in the fatshionista group ...I'm so happy I did it, it almost felt like a coming out....

I'm slowly starting to wear more pattern clothes... I mean the few that I have of course. I bought this top and haven't wore it yet. I tried today with a black sweater and black short pants.. I'm still a bit shy I admit but I promise I'll improve on patterned!!

Spring seems to really be here today. Here is a very simple outfit : I'm more and more reluctant to wearing jeans, unless I can counterbalance it with very feminine accessories or heels.

A charleston vibe

It's easter week-end and I go with the black and red look. The tights are from We love colors, the colors are really nice but the texture is not elastic enough, so the tights are constantly on my ankles, not very elegant.
I'm also more confident in showing some legs....

OK sunday

I'm going to the theater this afternoon and I wear the winter classic : Tulip skirt and turtle neck. But I could at last wear one of my new belts : the multicolor one. It was the last I choose but I think it is now my favourite.

Here is also my new coat from Dorothy Perkins, the funnel red coat, perfect this end of winter.

Chameleon

blue saturday

I went on a shopping binge this wednesday... ready to make to most of the end of the sales on internet.
I received my first package this afternoon from La Redoute : 2 black panties that will go under my skirts this spring, 2 long sleeves t shirt (one black one purple), on long sleeve bolero and 2 cardigans (black and purple).

I compose the outfit around the green dress from H&M to attend a low key party...
