Very late Ditto post...

Of course, as any sane fatshionista, I jumped on the Ditto collection as soon as it was online.
Especially because last year I've had a bad experience, my package got lost and once I realised it, all my favorite pieces were sold out .. (I'm still looking for the purple sequin dress on ebay but alas...haven't found it yet..)

So this year, I bought my favorite piece on the 1st day. I usually always wait for a reduction code or for the sales, but I was sure the polka dot dress would go realllly fast.

I'm still so pissed about the black and red chevron dress policy that Evans did : exclusivity.
Come one! Evans is not a haute couture brand.. I thought it was unnecessarily frustrating for us, fatshionistas.

The dress is just perfect, but a bit too short on me. I've combined it with the pencil black skirt from Asos and of course, my usual red belt.
I also bought the black Ditto leggings. They are nicely high waisted but after having worn them for one day, they get a little bit too loose. For the moment, nothing has beaten the black Carmakoma leggings!

black leggings : Evans Ditto Collection (size 22)

new corduroy dress

I bought recently this purple corduroy dress on sale on the Asos website.
It is not spectacular but comfy for the winter season.
It has no sleeve so I have to wear it with a cardigan.

red cardigan : New Look Inspire (size 22)

Stolz auf meine neue Anna Scholz!

Yesterday a big change happened : it is my first outfit pictures taken outdoors AND by someone.

I went with a good friend to an exhibition and I asked her to take some pictures for the blog.. they are indeed more lively than my usual pictures and it was fun to do...

I choosed my new Anna Scholz dress. I was recently in Berlin and could visit the Anna Scholz shop in Mitte, it was a delight, the place is vast and the choice of clothes is huge. The changing rooms are also big and well designed, so that you can move around.

I browsed the website several times before going there in person to get familiar with the 2 collections (Black Label and White Label). Anna Schloz is definately not afraid of using patterns and colors and very nice fabrics. The only minus is the price range...

So I had to stay on my budget and I opted for this dress : I love its colors, very autumnish and its form.

Here is a detail of the draped back.

And details of the sides

The exhibition place has a nice hidden garden on its side, a very narrow garden with a wood plateform to walk on.

dress : Anna Scholz (size 50)
purple tight : We love colors
plateform shoes : Jeffrey Campbell (size 10)... a bit too big...

Going blonder ***retro-blogging***

I've recenty spent 2 weeks in Berlin and I allowed myself some time to achieve an old project : going blonder..

I walked by this japanese hair salon in Berlin and liked it immediately. After a few minutes of hesitations, I eventually opened the door and asked for a colour...using a strange mix of german and english to talk to a japanese hairdresser..

Here is the Before picture

And the After

But this photo, taken in my bathroom reflects better the shade of choco and copper I've choosen.
I had no idea how it would end up so I was not too ambitious on the blonde... Maybe next time, I'll even go blonder.
